Phase 1 Sign-Off Checkpoint: Ready for Brand Assignment

1 Lesson 1 Quiz

PHASE 1 — CORE FOUNDATION

Phase 1 is the required core training foundation for every KK Agent, regardless of the studio or brand they will eventually support. This phase introduces the KindKatch/SAS partnership model, the KK Agent role, required tools, communication standards, security expectations, core workflows, quality standards, and reporting practices.

Because Phase 1 is brand-agnostic, it focuses on the universal skills every KK Agent must demonstrate before moving into brand-specific training. Learners will build the foundational knowledge needed to support lead outreach, member touchpoints, admin workflows, CRM logging, growth campaigns, quality assurance, KPI tracking, end-of-day reporting, and professional client communication.

During this phase, learners will complete Modules 0–6 in sequence. Training begins with orientation, access setup, cybersecurity, and internal communication expectations, then progresses into lead outreach workflows, member engagement, admin policy, the KK Growth Playbook, QA standards, daily task prioritization, and performance reporting.

By the end of Phase 1, learners should be able to:
  • Explain the KK Agent role and the KindKatch/SAS business model.
  • Navigate the core tools and understand how each supports daily work.
  • Follow approved lead outreach workflows and communication standards.
  • Log outreach activity accurately and consistently.
  • Support member touchpoints using brand-agnostic best practices.
  • Apply core admin policies for freezes, cancellations, declined payments, and escalations.
  • Understand the purpose of the KK Growth Playbook and its Defense, Offense, and Intelligence pillars.
  • Complete EOD reports, track KPIs, and apply quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, teammates, and client contacts.
Phase 1 is completed before brand assignment-specific training begins. Once learners successfully complete the core foundation, they are prepared to move into Phase 2 — Brand-Specific Training, where they will learn the voice, workflows, technology stack, and operating expectations of their assigned studio brand.
